Attorney Danielle Kushel brings over 12 years of legal experience to our community. Starting as an Assistant State Attorney, she honed her skills advocating for victims of crime at both the state and federal level. Now focusing on personal injury law, Danielle has successfully represented plaintiffs in various cases, securing over $21 million from insurance companies for her clients. She balances her professional dedication with her role as a mother, residing in Boynton Beach with her husband and three children: Jackson, Austin, and Olivia. 

Danielle was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2012 after receiving her Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. She has been included on the list of Rising Stars® and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. Danielle has been able to achieve extraordinary results for her clients and has been recognized as a lifetime member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum® for this accomplishment.  

Dawn Pray brings over three decades of legal expertise to her role as Of Counsel at Kushel Law Group. A distinguished alumna of Barnard College at Columbia University and the University of Miami Law School, Dawn’s academic achievements laid the foundation for her illustrious legal career. Dawn served as a civil and family mediator in Miami, Florida, before transitioning to the role of in-house counsel for a prominent clinical research company with a nationwide network. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1986, Dawn’s commitment to legal excellence extends beyond state boundaries, as she is also an active member of the Tennessee and Georgia state bars. Drawing from her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to client advocacy, Dawn plays a pivotal role at Kushel Law Group, providing invaluable counsel and strategic guidance to clients navigating complex legal matters.
